This literary work is the result of an artistic investigation carried out in Tierra del Fuego, in the southernmost part of Chile. Through poetic prose, this work immerses us in the vast pampas, lenga forests, and desolate landscapes of this remote Patagonian region.
The reading transcends mere description and delves into a metaphorical and conceptual dimension, inviting the reader to embark on an inner journey that questions the relationship with nature, death, and oblivion. It confronts the fragility of animal life against the immensity of these Patagonian landscapes, where animal bones and traces of a fleeting existence are buried in the geography.
This editorial project is framed within a documentary audiovisual and photographic exhibition (both presented in 2017) that narrate a metaphorical journey through Tierra del Fuego (Chile), where the edge of the continent borders the southernmost known regions to visually reflect on life and death.
